IEEE GLOBECOM 2010 features Best Paper Award to award authors with superior quality paper submission to this conference. The award includes a framed certificate. The authors of Best Paper Award will be recognized in the conference.

ELIGIBILITY

Any paper published in one of the IEEE GLOBECOM 2010 symposia.

NOMINATION

The nominations are made by symposium chairs of IEEE GLOBECOM 2010. Only top 0.5% papers are nominated.

SELECTION PROCESS

An independent Best Paper Award Committee has been formed to review all the nominated papers and vote to determine the best 11 papers as the winners of the Best Paper Award. The voting process was in anonymous and the whole process was monitored by TPC Chair and Co-Chair (non-voting).
